What would you do if you just found out that your parents are part of a super villain group?
Now THAT's a very cool concept if i do say so myself...if that doesn't peak your interest let me just add that the art of the Runaways comic book is quite refreshing and very easy on the eyes (by newcomer Alphona).
Don't worry, the writing/dialogue/pacing/panel layout is quite good and can be enjoyed by anyone (kids/teens/adults). The bad thing is when you reach the last page you will be begging for more...=)
If what i have said above still doesn't make you buy this Runaways comic book, it also has GREAT characterization!!! Its like watching Buffy....=)
PLEASE don't just buy one Runaways comic book, BUY at least two books (one for you and one for you nephew) coz the book is quite cheap at $8!!!! It's that entertaining!!!!
